Autumn Woods East is a heavily wooded community that resides on the east side of the Hazeltine National Golf Club. Many of the homes here are secluded by cul-du-sacs and the density of trees. The area has several water features, is populated by local wildlife, and is in close proximity to several trails. The area is also just north of the Autumn Woods West community and just to the west of the Shadow Wood neighborhood.

The Autumn Woods East neighborhood, located in Chaska, MN, has easy access to Audubon Rd., Pioneer Trail, and highway 212. The homes in the community were built from the 1990's to 2005 and are in close proximity to various trails and mature trees. The neighborhood is very close to the Chaska Dental Center, and borders Hazeltine National Golf Club. It happens to also be only a half mile from the Chaska high school, and is also part of the Jonathan Association, which for only $215.00 annually, includes several additional perks:
