The Autumn Woods West neighborhood is a wooded community the resides along the east side of the Hazeltine National Golf Club. The neighborhood has several water features, with homes that are shaded by trees and others that have open space.  The neighborhood also shares its borders with the neighborhoods of Autumn Woods East and Shadow Wood.

Amenities

Autumn Woods West, located in Chaska, MN, has easy access to Audubon Rd., Pioneer Trail, and Highway 212. The homes in the community were built between 1980 and 1990 and many border Hazeltine national golf course, surrounded by mature trees. The area has a couple neighborhood playgrounds and is very near the Chaska Dental Center, located in the neighboring Shadow Wood community. Autumn Woods West is also part of the Jonathan Association, which for only $215.00 annually, includes several additional perks:

• 48 community garden plots for rent
• “Tot Lots”, a collection of small playgrounds
• Lake Grace restoration
• Upkeep of several trails and paths
