The neighborhood of Bavaria Hills is a quiet and small community just east of the Chaska Town Course in Chaska, Minnesota. The neighborhood had houses built between 1990 and 2000 and is built on elevated lots with heavy woods to the north, west, and south, and a wetland area to the east. There are trails that start in the north and circle around the east of the neighborhood so you can enjoy the wildlife in the area.
Amenities
The neighborhood of Bavaria Hills has walking paths, several cul-du-sacs, as well as a small community playground. The community is very close to the Chaska Town Course and major roadways, but real estate is set far enough back to be a much quieter area. Being a resident of Bavaria Hills also includes a membership to the Jonathan Association for only $215.00 annually, which grants several additional perks, including:
- 48 community garden plots for rent
- “Tot Lots”, a collection of small playgrounds
- Lake Grace restoration
- Upkeep of several trails and paths
