The Cortina Woods neighborhood, built between 1995 and 2000, is located off Hundertmark Road, south of Pioneer trail in Chaska, MN. The neighborhood is heavily wooded with several water features around the homes there and a neighborhood park, Cortina Park. The area is secluded and most the lots are in cul-du-sacs or have real estate on an enclosed road. Nearly every lot is bordered by trees, adding to a natural feel with the chance for seclusion.
Amenities
This secluded and centrally located neighborhood is also next to the Chaska High School which shares it's borders with Pioneer Park. The neighborhood also has a neighborhood park called Cortina Park that has several water features and nature trails, as well as a small playground. Being part of the Cortina Woods community also provides several perks through membership to the Jonathan Association for only $215.00 annually, which includes:
