Natural Features

The Heather Ridge neighborhood is located west of Highway 41 off Hundertmark Road in Chaska, MN next to the Clover Field community. The neighborhood is bordered by mature trees on the north east side and has walking trails that start in the same area and lead north through a large wetland area. The neighborhood is a horseshoe shape with a cul-du-sac at the end, allowing areas of the community and many homes to be more secluded.

Heather Ridge is located next to the Clover Field community which houses the Clover Ridge Elementary School and the new Chaska softball complex, which is across the street. Also, there are several paths and trails, as well as easy access to major roads and is only 2 miles from the Chaska Town Course Golf Club. The neighborhood is fairly modern, with real estate having been built between the late 1990's and 2000. The Heather Ridge community also is a part of the Jonathan Association which charges only $215.00 annually, and includes several additional perks:
