Natural Features
South Ridge Falls gets its name from the bluffs that the edge the neighborhood. The south perimeter houses stretch along the ridge, overlooking the valley below which is populated with a forest of mature trees. The north side of the neighborhood, although lacking bluffs, has a large water features that several houses border. The rest of the neighborhood has the luxury of the mature trees shading the majority of it, as well as four cul-du-sacs that carve out some secluded areas.
Amenities
The neighborhood is located within only a couple miles of Chaska Elementary School, Middle School, and High School and is just over a mile from the Chaska Community Center, which constantly has events and classes to take. Much of the real estate is close to walking paths and access to Highway 212 is also just to the north of the neighborhood, allowing for quick and easy access to the rest of the surrounding areas.
